The CastleWise licensing program is simple and straightforward. With flat pricing for our administrative fees and pass through pricing for actual licensing costs, you know exactly much you’re paying. We charge an annual flat fee of $17,700 for established agencies. New agencies can expect to pay the same flat fee in year one along with an additional $10,000 to offset the additional work that comes with new agency licensing. All other fees for bonds, resident managers, registered agents, business filings, and licenses are passed through at the same exact price we pay them. Because we don’t markup the inputs to licensing, you won’t be charged $150 for a registered agent that costs us $70 or $2000 for a resident manager whose actual cost is $800. Pricing remains the same for collection agencies and debt buyers alike.
